Get the CEC L.I.V.E. Zoom Background
Use this graphic as your Zoom background during your presentation for

Please read the checklist. It includes tips on successful presentations and recording your presentation. You should have received an email from the CEC Convention Team containing the date and time of your presentation, information on recording and uploading your presentation. If you have not received an email, please send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Many presenter bios were collected during the submission process. Never fear, you will have an opportunity to add a bio, update a bio, and add a headshot to the information on mobile app. You will receive an email directly from the Whova app organizers the week of January 11, 2021, inviting you to login and add a bio, update your bio and add a headshot.
Your session description(s) along with participant outcomes will be loaded in the app. If you would like to view the information, please use the SESSION BROWSER. If you need to make changes, please communicate the change(s) to Renee Glasby, email@example.com. CEC reserves the right to edit all materials submitted.
Information on recording your session was included in an email sent the week of December 21, 2020.
Please consider the following as you prepare to record and submit your presentation. If there are multiple presenters, please record the sessions together on Zoom or the format of your choice. All videos need to use the CEC Template.
Please be sure to use a platform that includes captioning. We will have individuals online that need captions. Please use one of the following options. Links with helpful tips for adding captions are shown below.

The Whova app organizers will send all registered attendees download instructions on March 4, 2021. You have been assigned a date and time for your presentation. We encourage you to be logged into the Whova app on that date and time to monitor the Chat and Q&A boxes that will be open for attendees’ comments/questions. You may see comments and questions prior to and after your assigned presentation date and time. Please check back often to add to the conversation between March 8 and May 31, 2021. Many attendees will need to view sessions as time permits rather than being online during regular conference hours. To access the chat and Q&A for your session, simply click on the agenda tab, then find your day and time and click on your session title. The chat and Q&A will be on the right-hand side of the page.
There is an embargo period and recordings cannot be shared until after March 13, 2021. This will allow CEC Convention & Expo registered attendees to have access first. Presenters are welcome to share their recorded presentations publicly after March 13, 2021.
